Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a high-performing team of account executives across the region. You will own the regional sales strategy, drive new logo acquisition, expand existing relationships, and partner with Sales Engineering, Channel, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll forecast revenue with accuracy, recruit top talent, and represent CrowdStrike at industry events.

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise software or cybersecurity sales experience.
3+ years of sales leadership/management experience leading quota-carrying teams.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas at both individual and team levels.
Experience selling into enterprise accounts.
Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including endpoint security, cloud security, and threat intelligence.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a Regional Sales team to meet revenue targets.
Own regional sales strategy, pipeline development, and forecasting with accuracy.
Drive new logo acquisition while expanding CrowdStrike's footprint within existing accounts.
Forecast quarterly and annual revenue using Salesforce CRM.
Collaborate with channel partners to maximize regional coverage and pipeline.
