Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Acera Area Sales Director to lead a high-performing sales team across the Midwest. You will partner with surgeons and operating room stakeholders to drive adoption of Restrata and related products through education, engagement, and operational excellence.

You will develop area business plans to meet revenue targets, recruit and coach a sales team, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while delivering senior leadership insights on market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university with 5+ years of sales experience in medical device/pharma or medical field sales OR a high school diploma with 9+ years of relevant sales experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Value Analysis Committees and/or trial approvals in commercial and federal facilities.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and cross-functional partnerships to accelerate adoption of Restrata and related products.
• Develop and execute area business plans to achieve revenue targets while managing expenses.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing sales team through regular communication and field engagement.
• Recruit, select, and build a dynamic sales organization, including distributor networks.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
• Provide senior leadership with timely insights on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
