• Minimum 10 years in sales or business development within Life Sciences, Biotech, Medical Device, Diagnostics, or Pharmaceutical industries.
• 5+ years of successful people management.
• Proven success selling to hospital executives and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional revenue goals and drive growth in Karius test utilization.
• Lead and develop Clinical Sales Managers and ensure coaching and accountability.
• Collaborate with MSLs to align territory strategies and customer engagement.
• Design and execute regional business plans, budgets, and performance milestones.
• Provide strategic input on forecasting, territory design, and incentive programs.
