American First Finance is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a team of Area Sales Representatives in the Seattle region. You will recruit, coach, and motivate sales talent, leverage CRM tools, and drive merchant relationships to promote AFF’s financial programs.

As a strategic leader, you will manage regional budgets, analyze sales data, and collaborate with Marketing, Training, Merchant Care, and Sales Operations to achieve growth targets while delivering an exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and 7+ years in sales management.
• Ability to recruit, train, and coach sales teams.
• Strong customer and merchant relationship skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop ASRs to drive growth.
• Lead field observations and coaching on sales presentations.
