• Preparing quarterly sales forecasts and participating in market planning.
• Monitoring regional sales performance and implementing corrective actions.
• Leading development and execution of regional targeting strategies.
• Coaching sales reps on selling skills and account targeting.
• Maintaining relationships with economic buyers and key accounts.
• Managing regional budgets and overseeing asset maintenance.
• Representing Boston Scientific at events and conferences.
