Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years' related experience in medical device sales.
• Proven leadership in medical device sales.
• Ability to launch new differentiated products and drive adoption.
• Willingness to travel several days and nights per week.

Responsibilities

• Integrate territory plans into regional strategy and coach sales team.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and support budget planning.
• Monitor regional performance and take corrective actions.
• Lead regional targeting strategies and drive growth.
• Coach reps on selling skills and account targeting.
• Represent Boston Scientific at events and conferences.
