Boston Scientific is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Interventional Oncology & Embolization to lead growth across a high-potential U.S. region. You will drive sales strategy, coach field teams and expand market presence in IOE.

The role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in medical device sales, plus willingness to travel several days a week and develop top talent within the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' related experience in medical device sales.
• Proven track record of sales leadership in medical devices.

Responsabilités

• Integrate territory plans into a regional sales strategy and coach the sales team.
• Prepare quarterly sales forecasts and assist in market potential and budget planning.
• Monitor regional sales performance and implement corrective actions.
• Lead development and execution of regional targeting strategies.
• Identify forecast gaps and drive aggressive sales growth.
• Coach sales reps on selling skills, account targeting and professional development.
• Build relationships with economic buyers and decision-makers in key accounts.
