Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent in a relevant field and 4+ years of account management or sales experience.
• Masters: 8+ years in sales or commercial roles with leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of account management/sales and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UPLIZNA IgG4‑RD regional sales organization in the West.
• Translate brand strategy into focused regional execution and performance metrics.
• Develop District Managers and field teams to drive results with accountability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to optimize regional strategy and resource use.
