Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's or Bachelor's with required sales/marketing experience and leadership background.
• Experience managing people and/or leading teams, projects or resources.
• Proven track record in rare disease or specialty pharma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead area geography and a team of SAMs to ensure market penetration.
• Develop strategic action plans and drive execution to meet IgG4-RD sales goals.
• Collaborate across divisions and manage resources, training and coaching.
• Represent Amgen at regional and national trade shows and sales meetings.
