Amgen seeks a Director of US HCP Marketing for IgG4-RD to lead the UPLIZNA strategy, shape the launch, and drive ongoing market leadership across rheumatology, gastroenterology, nephrology, and neurology.

The role requires a strong track record leading cross-functional teams, building integrated commercial plans, and delivering performance against ambitious indications. You will partner with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Analytics to execute patient-focused campaigns.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of marketing experience; OR
• Master's degree and 7 years of marketing/commercial experience; OR
• Bachelor's degree and 9 years of marketing/commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated US HCP marketing strategy for UPLIZNA in IgG4-RD, translating priorities into objectives and plans.
• Hold accountability for commercial performance, identifying growth opportunities and risks to hit business objectives.
• Shape annual brand planning, long-range planning, and investment decisions for the IgG4-RD indication.
• Lead market-shaping initiatives to build disease awareness and drive diagnosis, referral and uptake.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team; partner with cross-functional functions to deliver goals.
