Job summary

Sonova Group in the Mountain States region seeks a Director of Regional Sales to lead a field sales team across Phonak’s portfolio. You’ll coach, recruit, and drive growth, building partnerships with audiologists, physicians, hospitals, and retailers.

Travel up to 70% to support the team and represent Phonak. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology a plus) and 5+ years of B2B sales with 2+ years in sales management, plus proven leadership and negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; Master’s/Doctorate in Audiology a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales with 2+ years in management.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
• Develop strategies to exceed regional sales goals.
• Build connections with audiologists, physicians, hospitals and retailers.
• Drive forecasting, track progress, and celebrate success.
• Collaborate with Clinical Training to boost product knowledge.
• Recruit, train, and mentor top talent.
• Travel up to 70% to support the team and represent Phonak.
