Job summary

Phonak, a global leader in hearing solutions, seeks a Director of Regional Sales to lead a field sales team across the region. You will drive growth by managing a high-performing team and building strong partnerships with audiologists, physicians, hospitals, and retailers.

Responsibilities include developing regional strategies, coaching the team, and achieving sales quotas. Expect up to 70% travel and a hybrid work model with a strong compensation package including commission eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 2+ years in sales management.
• Proven leadership and track record of achieving growth targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing regional sales team.
• Develop strategies to exceed regional sales goals.
• Build connections with audiologists, physicians, hospitals, and retailers.
• Forecast growth using tracking systems and monitor progress.
• Recruit, train, and mentor top talent.
• Travel up to 70% to support the team and represent Phonak.
