Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing regional sales team, setting objectives and driving accountability.
• Develop and execute a regional territory plan to drive growth and market expansion.
• Drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets within the assigned region.
• Provide hands-on sales and technical support to direct reports across the region.
• Plan and deliver regional educational initiatives and training for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to plan regional meetings aligned with company goals.
• Organize and deliver educational sessions for customers and prospects.
• Submit monthly activity and call reports detailing interactions and performance.
• Lead and guide direct reports and conduct field visits to ensure effectiveness.
• Design and implement sales promotions aligned with strategic goals.
