Qualifications

• 10+ years of hospital sales experience.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
• Strong foundation in Medicine or clinical diagnostics to communicate testing solutions and value to hospital stakeholders.
• Operations management experience in healthcare or laboratory services coordinating sales, clinical and support teams.
• Excellent customer service with a track record of long‑term hospital relationships.
• Proven success in hospital or healthcare B2B sales, preferably in diagnostics, laboratory services or oncology.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills with C‑suite and clinical leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Healthcare Administration/Life Sciences; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow hospital accounts within the assigned region.
• Develop sales strategies, manage relationships, and drive revenue for sïParadigm’s diagnostic testing services.
• Present clinical and economic value propositions to hospital leadership.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee service implementation.
• Collaborate with internal clinical, operations and customer service teams to ensure high‑quality support.
