Job summary

CoStar Group, the nation’s leading provider of real estate information and analytics, is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Apartments.com in Nashville, TN. You will lead a field-based sales team, drive new business, and expand existing accounts while delivering exceptional client service and renewal rates.

The role offers extensive field training, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in frontline sales leadership; preferably digital marketing or advertising sales.
• Three+ years managing a team of 5+ employees; recruiting, training and coaching.
• Experience handling a book of business > $1M annual revenue.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, motivate and develop high-impact salespeople to meet/exceed quotas.
• Spend substantial time in the field coaching sales teams and driving results.
• Grow regional revenues by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Monitor sales activity, CRM usage and performance against targets.
• Lead by example, mentoring team members and upholding company culture.
