CoStar Group’s Apartments.com team seeks a Regional Sales Director in Boston, MA to drive growth in multifamily marketing and Market Analytics. You will lead a sales team, coach field activity, and grow new and existing customer revenues while ensuring top-tier service and renewals.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in a front-line sales leadership role, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the Multifamily industry.
• Three+ years of experience directly managing a team of 5+ employees.
• Experience being responsible for a book of business in excess of $1 million in annual revenue.
• Experience managing sales efforts in a fast-paced, highly transactional environment with short sales cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, motivate, and develop high impact salespeople capable of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• Spend 3-4 days per week in the field on sales calls and provide coaching to enhance effectiveness.
• Manage the identification, prioritization and winning of new client relationships and nurture existing accounts.
• Monitor sales performance and hold team accountable to activity levels and client relationships.
• Direct weekly activities, attend meetings, and ensure CRM data is current and actionable.
• Set and monitor individual and team performance targets aligned with business goals.
• Address performance issues and lead changes to ensure targets are met.
• Develop and mentor all team members and embody the company culture and values.
