Biodesix, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Great Lakes region. This role leads a field sales team, mentors professionals, and builds partnerships with pulmonology and related healthcare stakeholders to expand diagnostic adoption.

The candidate will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage regional forecasts and budgets, and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets, enhancing Biodesix’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher from an accredited university.
• Sales management experience with people leadership required.
• Ability to travel up to 70% (domestic).
• Experience leading commercialization efforts in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Foster partnerships with physicians, nurses, and admins to drive adoption.
• Identify open territories and coordinate with Talent Acquisition.
• Plan and execute strategies to meet quotas and goals.
• Oversee education and training for internal teams and customers.
• Provide feedback on pricing, reimbursement, and market opportunities.
• Represent Biodesix at meetings, conferences, and events.
• Coach through field visits and performance reviews.
