Job summary

Biodesix, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Great Lakes region (Detroit, MI; Cleveland, OH; Cincinnati, OH; Pittsburgh, PA).

You will lead a field sales team, mentor reps, and build strategic partnerships with clinicians and hospital administrators to grow adoption of Biodesix diagnostic solutions. The role requires recruiting and developing talent, forecasting and budget management, and traveling up to 70% to engage customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of documented sales success.
• Ability to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team across the Great Lakes region.
• Foster partnerships with clinicians, nurses, and hospital admins to drive adoption.
• Recruit, train, and coach field sales professionals for growth.
• Forecast, budget, and execute regional sales strategies.
• Represent Biodesix at meetings and events with professionalism.
• Provide coaching and feedback to maintain regional performance.
• Deliver market insights to inform pricing and strategy.
