Job summary

Point is seeking an execution-oriented Director of Sales to lead and scale a regional Account Management organization in the United States. You will own day-to-day sales execution, talent development, and operational discipline across Sales Managers and Account Managers.

You will drive lead-to-funding conversion, translate revenue goals into targets and plans, and build a high-performing team with strong coaching and training programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing managers.
• Experience driving lead-to-funding conversion and disciplined sales processes.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making with dashboards/KPIs.
• Financial services knowledge (mortgage/fintech) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Own sales execution and conversion performance for the regional AM/SM teams.
• Hire, onboard, and develop Sales Managers and Account Managers.
• Set targets, coaching routines, and operating cadences to scale the team.
• Provide data-backed insight on performance, risks, and opportunities.
