Flowers Bakeries has an immediate opening for an Area Sales Director responsible for supporting DSD sales and independent distributors. You will manage relationships, grow the customer base, seek new opportunities, and track sales data to maximize market performance.

The role collaborates with Market VP and Sales Enablement to analyze opportunities and use consumer insights to adjust strategies.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in sales or general management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Business Administration or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support DSD sales and IDs in the market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and drive customer growth.
• Identify new selling opportunities and track sales data to optimize performance.
• Use digital tools to showcase execution wins and growth opportunities.
