Responsabilités

• Lead sales and business development efforts for Delaware Valley Paving throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on establishing and growing the company's presence in the region.
• Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, multifamily, retail, municipal, and other target markets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to support short- and long-term revenue goals.
• Prospect for new customers through networking, cold outreach, referrals, industry events, jobsite relationships, and market research.
• Develop relationships with property managers, general contractors, developers, facility managers, municipalities, and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations, and relationship-building activities throughout the market.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and revenue within existing customer accounts.
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process from initial contact through proposal, award, and project completion.
