Job summary

Delaware Valley Paving is expanding its Dallas market footprint and seeks an experienced Paving Project Manager to oversee commercial paving and parking lot construction. You will manage projects from award to closeout, coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with asphalt paving, milling, and site improvements, plus strong communication and leadership skills for active commercial environments.

Qualifications

3–5 years of construction project management experience.
Experience with asphalt paving, parking lot construction, and sitework.
Ability to read construction drawings and contract documents.
Strong scheduling, cost control, and production planning skills.
Willingness to travel regularly in Dallas–Fort Worth.

Responsibilities

Manage projects from award through closeout, including schedules and budgets.
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
Provide regular updates to leadership.
