Delaware Valley Paving Co. Inc seeks an experienced Paving Project Manager to oversee commercial paving and parking lot construction across the Dallas market.

You will manage projects from award to closeout, coordinating with customers, field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and profitability. The role requires strong communication, organization, and leadership to navigate active job sites in commercial environments, travel regularly to Dallas market

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction project management experience, preferably within asphalt paving and parking lots.
• Experience coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Strong scheduling, cost control, and production planning skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contracts.
• Excellent communication and customer-relations abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial paving and parking lot projects from award to closeout.
• Develop schedules, manpower, equipment, and material coordination.
• Coordinate startup activities with field teams and customers.
• Monitor budgets, costs, production, and profitability.
• Review contracts, plans, specs, and customer requirements.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project docs.
• Identify risks and develop proactive solutions.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits for progress, safety, quality.
• Ensure proper closeout and final documentation.
