What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the Sales Team in following sales methodologies and best practices while ensuring effective use of the CRM system
- Provide ongoing mentorship to Account Executives in prospecting techniques, key account management, and account maintenance
- Conduct periodic business reviews, assessing sales activity, lead follow-up, and individual performance of Account Executives
- Assess team skill sets, providing coaching and feedback to meet objectives and reinforce sales methodologies
- Guide Sales Team members in managing key relationships with customers and channel partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven results-oriented mindset with a history of overachievement in leading teams selling large deals in a hyper-growth startup environment
- Strong communication skills for effective presentations to executive-level customers and the leadership team
- Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and knowledge of cloud security and data risk
- Familiarity with various data security and compliance frameworks and their impact on business value
- Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
