JANI-KING's Regional Office in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead a small team and grow the local client base across industries including hotels, restaurants, offices, healthcare and government.

The successful candidate will have 5–7 years of sales or leadership experience, strong prospecting and presentation skills, and a proven ability to build relationships, coach staff, and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of sales experience or in leading and developing personnel.
• Strong leadership, cold-calling (B2B) and networking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Increase the Columbus client base across multiple industries.
• Lead and motivate an office team of fewer than 10 employees.
