Job summary

Cosentino North America seeks a Regional Sales Director for Central America & Caribbean. Based in Coral Gables, FL, you will lead regional sales, coordinate with distributors, and ensure delivery of strategy across builders, retailers, and commercial channels.

You will manage budgets, drive growth, and oversee distributor relationships while promoting Cosentino brands across multiple markets. Travel up to 80% to client sites and region-wide meetings is required.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience managing and directing a sales team in an international company.
• Experience with profit & loss management and budgeting.
• Customer relationship management and developing sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms.
• Liaise between Corporate Office and distributors to provide information and tools for strategy implementation.
• Lead analysis, positioning and execution in builder, retailer, and commercial market segments.
