The Regional Sales Director at Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. leads and develops a regional sales team in the Baltimore/Washington D.C. area, hiring top talent and driving new business with prescribers in clinical settings.

The role requires in-depth cardiac medical device sales experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 75%. Remote work is common, with frequent field activities and overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in Cardiac and/or medical equipment sales.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Sales model coaching experience (e.g. Challenger SPIN).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence with good driving record.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Must achieve hospital system credentialing including vaccination, background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team in the assigned region.
• Hire, educate and develop Territory Managers.
• Travel frequently with overnight stays; field presence 5 days a week.
• Engage key accounts and build professional relationships.
• Meet or exceed district revenue and patient fit quotas.
• Contribute to profitability by managing discounts and expenses.
