Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies Inc. in the United States seeks a Territory Manager to secure new business and independently manage a sales area, often remotely from Kestra offices. This role includes training, product service, reimbursement support, and achieving quarterly and annual targets.

The candidate will develop key accounts, coordinate with Clinical Advisors, and drive market strategies across the territory. Travel and performance-based compensation are core elements of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Must reside in the assigned territory and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kestra products and provide ongoing support to customers.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop trusted partner relationships with key accounts.
• Prepare quarterly business plans and present to regional leadership.
• Coordinate with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care on patient interaction.
• Maintain records and manage the sales pipeline.
