Qualifications

• Ownership of accurate CRM reports including forecasts.
• Experience driving sales processes with Sales Operations.
• Ability to build long-term strategic senior relationships.
• Adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
• Proven ability to grow revenue via partner ecosystems.
• Ownership of pipeline generation through marketing/partners.

Responsibilities

• Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business growth.
• Develop regional sales strategy with Go-To-Market plans and competitive analysis.
• Engage in territory planning, relationship and opportunity development.
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence.
• Define territories and quotas; communicate performance expectations.
• Manage and report forecast and pipeline to the business.
• Meet annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Engage with C-level meetings to understand customer business needs.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Services, Marketing, Partners, Exec team.
• Retain and grow existing customers through non-sales engagement for a great experience.
