Responsibilities

• Build and lead a direct Sales Executive team to grow new business in the region.
• Develop and execute the regional Go-To-Market strategy with Sales Ops.
• Engage in territory and opportunity development to drive revenue growth.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor team members for excellence.
• Define territories and quotas and communicate performance expectations.
• Forecast and report pipeline accurately to the business.
• Achieve annual sales goals on a quarterly/annual basis.
• Engage with C-level executives to understand customer needs.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Services, Marketing and Partners.
