System One, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Assistant (CSR) to provide administrative support to the Regional Sales team in a fully onsite role in Fairless Hills, PA.

• 3+ years of administrative, customer service, or office experience.
• Experience with SAP preferred.

• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Regional Sales team.
• Process customer orders, including bulk, packaged, and drop-ship orders, in SAP.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, Logistics, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Track open orders, assist with load planning, and communicate delivery updates.
• Prepare sales reports, freight quotes, customer documentation, and other administrative reports.
• Process vendor invoices, maintain accurate customer records, and verify order documentation.
• Assist with customer rebates, expense tracking, and general office administration.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, mail, office supplies, and other administrative tasks.
• Support regional events, customer visits, and special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
