Garney is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to serve as a resource for safety managers and crews on job sites in Austin, TX. This full-time role involves visiting sites, auditing safety programs, conducting trainings, and managing incident documentation across projects.

The position emphasizes ESOP participation and competitive benefits. The ideal candidate holds an OSHA 30 in Construction, a safety-related degree, and is willing to travel or relocate.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction engineering, construction management, or a safety-related degree preferred.
• OSHA 30 Certification in Construction.
• Must have or be able to obtain CHST within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to construction crews.
• Visit job sites to monitor site safety, inspections, and safety audits.
• Manage safety programs, trainings, workshops, and meetings.
• Monitor paperwork related to incident management (medical bills, injury reports, insurance claims, etc.).
• Conduct investigations of workplace accidents to determine causes.
• Assist with documentation.
