Job summary

QXO seeks a Regional Safety Manager for the West region to lead environmental health and safety programs across multiple states. You will champion a proactive safety culture, align regional operations with OSHA, EPA, and DOT standards, and drive continuous improvement with field teams and leadership.

The role requires strong communication, training, and project management skills, with travel approximately 50% and a focus on incident prevention and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Certifications: CSP, ASP, CHST.
• 5+ years of safety leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Experience conducting audits, investigations, and developing corrective action plans.
• Ability to influence organizational change and build partnerships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional EHS programs and champion a proactive safety culture.
• Design, deliver, and support safety training programs for field and facility employees.
• Conduct comprehensive facility and field EHS audits and develop corrective action plans.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and reporting to leadership and regulators.
