QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead Environmental Health & Safety initiatives across multi-state operations. The role focuses on building a proactive safety culture, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement through collaboration with operations leaders and field teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of safety leadership in manufacturing or related environments, with strong OSHA/EPA/DOT knowledge and experience in audits and investigations.

Competenze

• 5+ years of safety leadership in manufacturing, construction, or general industry environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Experience conducting audits, investigations, and corrective action plans.
• Proven ability to influence organizational change and build partnerships across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Mansioni

• Lead Regional EHS programs across the assigned territory.
• Design, deliver, and support safety training for field and facility staff.
• Conduct facility and field EHS audits and drive corrective actions.
• Manage OSHA investigations, inspections, and citations.
• Lead incident investigations and perform root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
