Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead Environmental Health & Safety initiatives across the West Region, focusing on prevention, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Location: preferred in Seattle, Portland, or Northern CA, with about 50% travel.

You will partner with operations leaders to build a culture of safety, conduct audits, develop programs, and mentor managers and employees to reduce risk and incidents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety leadership experience in manufacturing, construction, distribution, warehousing, or other general industry environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Experience conducting audits, investigations, and developing corrective action plans.
• Proven ability to influence organizational change and build strong partnerships across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional EHS programs across the West region to drive safety excellence.
• Design and deliver safety training for field and facility employees.
• Conduct comprehensive facility and field EHS audits and develop corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and report findings to senior leadership and regulators.
