Job summary

QXO, North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation, seeks a Regional Safety Manager to lead EHS across the West region, including WA/OR/CA. The role focuses on safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in manufacturing, distribution, and field operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of safety leadership, strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA/DOT, and proven ability to influence teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of safety leadership experience in manufacturing, construction, distribution, warehousing or general industry.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional EHS Programs across the West region; drive safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Design and deliver safety training programs for field and facility employees; provide ongoing coaching.
• Conduct audits, investigations and develop corrective action plans; partner with operations to ensure remediation.
