Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to drive Environmental Health & Safety initiatives across the West Region, including WA, OR, CA. You will lead EHS programs, develop training, and manage audits, investigations, and regulatory reporting for OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in safety leadership, strong communication, and the ability to influence operations. Travel up to 50% and a focus on prevention and continuous improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety leadership experience in manufacturing, construction, distribution, warehousing, or other general industry environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Experience conducting audits, investigations, and developing corrective action plans.
• Proven ability to influence organizational change and build strong partnerships across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
