Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead EHS initiatives across our Southeast Region. Based in Dallas, San Antonio, or Houston, you will drive a culture of safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in collaboration with operations leaders and field teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in safety leadership, strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations, and proven ability to influence teams, design training, and manage audits and investigations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety leadership experience in manufacturing, construction, distribution, warehousing, or other general industry environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Experience conducting audits, investigations, and developing corrective action plans.
