Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead Environmental Health & Safety initiatives across the Southeast Region. This role focuses on driving a culture of safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while partnering with operations leaders and field teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of safety leadership in manufacturing or related environments, with strong OSHA/EPA/DOT knowledge and experience in audits, investigations, and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety leadership experience in manufacturing, construction, distribution, warehousing, or other general industry environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Experience conducting audits, investigations, and developing corrective action plans.
• Proven ability to influence organizational change and build strong partnerships across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional EHS programs and drive safety excellence across the Southeast region.
• Design and deliver safety training, coach managers and employees, and support regional development.
• Conduct audits, investigations, and develop corrective action plans to ensure compliance.
• Lead incident investigations, analyze trends, and report to senior leadership.
