Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety across construction projects within the region. You will set standards, coach Site Safety Managers, and partner with site leadership to drive injury prevention and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of construction safety, OSHA knowledge, and BCSP preferred certifications, with the ability to travel ~30% and communicate effectively with Clients and General Contractors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in safety & health or sciences is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in construction safety experience.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
  • OSHA 30 Construction required; 500/510 OSHA certifications preferred.
  • BCSP Certification (CSP, ASP or CHST) preferred.
  • Experience with union workforce desired.
  • Willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

  • Sets standards and operating practices for safety across key accounts.
  • Leads and coaches a team of Site Safety Managers and site personnel.
  • Manages incident prevention efforts for region and geography.
  • Develops and deploys safety programs with site leadership.
  • Acts as safety point of contact for new sites and onboarding.
