Job summary

Power Construction Co in the Northwest region seeks a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and environmental programs across multiple states. You will partner with operations leaders, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement.

This role advises operational leadership on safety, supports training such as OSHA 30-hour, conducts incident investigations, and contributes to risk management and strategic safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Construction Management, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
• Experience with VPP or OSHA Partnerships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance programs including OSHA and state agencies.
• Develop and maintain project-specific safety plans.
• Lead incident investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Deliver safety training such as OSHA 30-Hour and First Aid/CPR.
• Support emergency preparedness and crisis management.
• Advise operational leadership on safety, risk, and continuous improvement.
