Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety and health programs for multiple construction sites across the region. You will coach site safety managers, deploy incident prevention measures, and ensure alignment with client & GC requirements and regulatory standards.

You will manage site onboarding, training, inspections, and safety meetings while promoting a zero-injury culture and reporting to the Direct Line operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety or related field and 5+ years construction safety experience.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations and OSHA 30 Construction required.
• Certifications (500/510) and BCSP preferred; experience with safety software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and health programs for regional construction sites.
• Coach site safety managers and personnel to uphold standards.
• Develop and administer incident prevention and reporting processes.
• Ensure adherence to customer safety programs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate safety plan onboarding for new sites and train site safety managers.
• Support incident investigations and workers' comp processes as needed.
• Conduct site inspections and safety meetings; provide corrective actions.
• Promote a zero-injury culture across projects and teams.
