Job summary

QXO is hiring a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety programs across a multi-state territory, with preference for CA residents. Remote within California with about 50% travel to CA, OR, WA and AZ.

You will drive proactive safety practices, train teams, and ensure regulatory compliance within Corporate Health & Safety. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in safety management, CSP/ASP/CHST preferred, and strong communication and project leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in safety leadership.
• Familiar with OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations in construction or related industries.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with relevant safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional safety efforts for compliance and risk reduction.
• Develop and implement safety training and policies.
• Conduct audits and investigations; prepare incident reports.
• Manage OSHA citations and regulatory interactions within the region.
• Coordinate with operations to drive near-zero accident goals.
