QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead and enhance safety programs across a multi-state territory, with a strong emphasis on proactive risk management and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate resides in CA, OR, WA, or AZ, with up to 50% travel.

You will drive safety initiatives in construction and manufacturing environments, promote a culture of Zero Incidents, and partner with operations to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in safety management, preferably in construction/manufacturing.
• Proven knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations at state and federal levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Lead regional EHS initiatives and develop safety programs across multiple states.
• Identify best practices and drive improvements to reduce injuries and incidents.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for site personnel.
• Coordinate incident reporting, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Audit facilities and field operations for regulatory compliance.
