Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance across a multi-state territory (CA, OR, WA, AZ). Remote within California preferred, with up to 50% travel. The role focuses on proactive safety, training, audits, and incident investigations to achieve the goal of zero accidents.

Strong communication and project management are essential. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and CSP/ASP/CHST certifications (preferred), plus at least 5+ years

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety management experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CSP/ASP/CHST certifications preferred.
• Strong communication, training, and project management skills.
• Proficient with OSHA/EPA regulations and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Safety initiatives to promote safe, compliant practices across a multi-state territory.
• Develop and implement safety training programs for construction/manufacturing environments.
• Manage regional EHS compliance, audits, and corrective actions.
• Investigate injuries/incidents and perform root cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Communicate findings and trends to drive proactive safety improvements.
