QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety programs across a multi-state territory, with a strong focus on preventing injuries and ensuring regulatory compliance in construction and manufacturing environments.

This remote role requires CA resident preference, up to 50% travel, and collaboration with operations to implement training, audits, and corrective actions. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $135,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, CSP/ASP/CHST preferred.
• Experience in OSHA/EPA regulations and safety administration.
• Strong communication and training skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and safety reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety region to eliminate injuries and illnesses.
• Develop and implement safety training programs for construction/manufacturing.
• Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analyses.
• Prepare reports for OSHA and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct field and facility safety audits and drive corrective actions.
