Job summary

QXO in North America seeks a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety and regulatory compliance across a multi-state CA-OR-WA-AZ territory. The role focuses on preventing injuries, training teams, and strengthening safety policies while traveling up to 50%.

Candidates should have 5+ years in safety leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and CSP/ASP/CHST pref. Excellent communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in safety leadership within construction, manufacturing, or warehousing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CSP/ASP/CHST certifications desirable.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations and state/federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) efforts across a multi-state territory.
• Develop safety training programs and policies for construction and manufacturing.
• Conduct audits, incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Manage OSHA citations and regulatory compliance within the region.
• Analyze safety metrics and drive continuous improvement.
