QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across a multi-state territory (CA, OR, WA, AZ) with a strong preference for candidates residing in California. The role combines remote work with up to 50% travel to support operations and safety programs across locations in the region.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of safety experience in construction/manufacturing, CSP/ASP/CHST credentials preferred, and strong communication/training capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety experience in construction/industrial settings.
• Proficient with OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations.
• Experience with OSHA citations and investigations.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional safety programs to promote zero-accident culture across multi-state territory (CA, OR, WA, AZ).
• Conduct and facilitate field and facility safety audits; develop corrective action plans.
• Investigate injuries/incidents and perform root cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs related to construction/manufacturing safety.
• Prepare incident reports and regulatory submissions; coordinate with operations for action.
• Maintain knowledge of safety trends and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations.
• Monitor and analyze safety metrics to identify trends and allocate resources.
