Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead construction safety efforts across a multi-state territory (CA, OR, WA, AZ). You will drive preventive measures, manage incident reporting, and develop training programs to achieve the goal of zero accidents. Remote work with strong CA preference and ~50% travel.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in OSHA/EPA/DOT regulated environments, a Bachelor's degree, and CSP/ASP/CHST certifications are preferred. Must reside in CA, OR, WA, or AZ.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in safety, OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations in construction or warehousing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CSP/ASP/CHST certifications add value.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS efforts to promote safe, compliant practices.
• Develop and implement safety training for construction/manufacturing.
• Manage safety policies, incident reports, and corrective actions.
• Conduct field/audit safety meetings and risk assessments.
• Analyze metrics, travel up to 50% across CA, OR, WA, AZ.
