Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Regional Safety Manager in the Dallas, TX area to lead the safety program for the Southern Division.

You will mentor safety staff, drive best-practice adoption across multiple projects, and ensure regulatory compliance on commercial construction sites. The role requires 5+ years of safety management for commercial construction, strong communication, and the ability to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety management experience for commercial construction projects.
• Ability to travel up to 20% on weekdays.
• OSHA 30-hour construction certificate or equivalent preferred.
• Four-year degree in Safety/Health, Construction Mgmt, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Current first-aid, CPR and AED training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the region and support the division in implementing safety objectives aligned with company strategy.
• Mentor safety staff and drive consistent safety program implementation across the region.
• Lead incident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions.
• Conduct project-level safety meetings and audits; review trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and deliver safety training; maintain high-quality content and participate in regional initiatives.
• Partner with operations leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices across sites.
